He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Handy, Sr. and Theresa Bellard Handy; and his sister Cynthia Marie Handy. He is survived by: his siblings, John Joseph Bellard (Rebecca) of Opelousas, LA, Rita Handy of Opelousas, LA and Linda Handy Williams (Osborne) of Houston, TX. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
