He was predeceased by: his parents, Odelia Frickey and Lawrence Frickey; and his brother Nathan Frickey. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Frickey; his children, Eric J. Frickey, Jr. (Earline), Lesa Richard (Lester, Jr.), Wanda Harvey (Michael) and R. J. Frickey (Kathy); his siblings, Wesley Frickey, Archie Frickey, Idola Billiot, Joann Dominick, Jobina Breaux and Leland Frickey; and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Janelle, Erica, Lester "L. J.", Leeland "Lee", Joe, Chris, Renata and Rustin. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
