She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Thomas William Sawyer, Sr.; her children, Heather Sawyer Royer and Thomas William Sawyer, Jr.; her children-in-law, Todd Royer and Kathryn Jaeger Sawyer; her mother Doris Melancon Ortolano; her siblings, Karen Ann Ortolano, Suzanne Marie Ortolano and Keith Ortolano, Sr.; her father Thomas Vincent Patrick Ortolano; and her grandparents, Rose Libert Ortolano, Emily Martinez Melancon, Christanza Ortolano and Aubin O'Neal Melancon. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers in-law.
