He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Hebert Pizani; his parents, Daisy Pizani and Alexie Pizani; and his sister Gloria Boudreaux. He is survived by: his children, Lauren Pizani Summerville (Bill), Huey Michael Pizani (Freda) and Kelly Polkey; his stepson Al Abadie, Jr. (C. C.); his grandchildren, Wendi Summerville, Melissa Jorgensen (Tony), Trish Summerville (Lauren Glazier), Tiffany Pizani Land (late Michael, Sr.), Chaz Pizani, Sr., Ridge Polkey, Bridget Polkey, Lacie Polkey, Joseph Polkey and Carly Polkey; and his siblings, Emelda Mayfield, Alberta Danos, Marilyn Alleno and Huey M. Pizani. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
