With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Ann Whitman of Lake Arthur, Louisiana, born in Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on April 29, 2021 at the age of 71. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lawless Joseph and Amelia Broussard DeMarcy; and her husband Conrad Henry Whitman. She is survived by : her pet Connie; and her children, Veronica Hoffpauir (Travis) of Sulphur, Dawanda Whitman, Kirk Whitman (Rochelle) of Lake Arthur, Daryl Whitman (Chyla) of Lake Arthur, Duffy Whitman (Ashley) of Lake Arthur and Marvin Whitman of Lake Arthur. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
