He was predeceased by : his parents, Alphonse Foote and Mary Foote (Arceneaux); his wife Lucille Foote (Broussard); his siblings, Peter, Gilbert Foote and Edolia "Rena" Olivier (Foote); his grandson Christopher Bilbo; and his son-in-law Anthony Eslami.

He is survived by : his children, Albert Foote Jr. (Lou Ann), Barbara Tollette (Shelby) of Denver, CO., Patricia Foote of Lake Charles, Jeannie Foote of Lake Charles and Sue Eslami (Foote) of Houston, TX.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 2 great- great grandchildren.
