He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Joseph Guidry and Lauraline Orebo Guidry. He is survived by: his friend Wes Montgomery; his siblings, Beverly A. Guidry of Lake Charles, LA., Lisa Lewinski of Phoenix, AZ., James Guidry of Lake Charles, LA., Robert Guidry of Bacliff, TX. and Calvin Guidry of Phoenix, AZ.; and his children, Christina, Katrina, Sabrina, Donny, Savannah and Jermany Bellard. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
