He is survived by: his wife Shirley Sonnier Olivier; his children, Jaunetta Syas, Tracy Olivier Flowers (Clifton), Andrea Olivier Roberson (Marcus) of Fresno, TX and Herbert Olivier, III (Wellyna) of Katy, TX; his grandchildren, Mia Brooke Cager, Kyndall Anice Flowers, Cole Olivier Flowers, Adriana Maureen Olivier and Ava Evelyn Olivier; and his siblings-in-law, James Fuller, Sr., Rose Fruge, Willie Mae Williams and Rosella Semien.
