She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Kent Dolley Sr. and Vera Faye Pearson Dolley; and her son Richard Aaron Prudhomme. She is survived by: her husband Richard Prudhomme; her children, Joshua Adam Prudhomme (Melissa Ortiz) and Tara Dawn Prudhomme; her grandchildren, Jeremy Aaron Prudhomme, Brayden Michael Prudhomme, Evelyn Grace Prudhomme, Zander Joseph Newsom, Ellie Mae Newsom and Myka Grace Newsom; her siblings, Gerald "Jerry" Dolley Jr. (Vicky), Kenneth "Kenny" Dolley, Violet Odom (Bo) and Darrell Dolley Sr. (Victoria); and her close friend Darlene "Linda" Copeland (Larry). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (4321 Lake St, Lake Charles, LA 70605). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
