He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Albert Kowarsch and Livina Fontenot Kowarsch. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Kowarsch; his daughter Jessica Granger (Brock); his grandsons, Aidan Kowarsch and Hayden Arnold; his son Justin Kowarsch (Lauren); his brothers, Dennis Kowarsch (Merella) and David Kowarsch (Vicki); and his siblings-in-law, Brian Babineaux (Paula), Michael Babineaux (Anna) and Karen Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
