He was predeceased by : his son Steven Patrick Elliott; and his parents, Melvin R. Elliott Sr. and Mary Byrne Elliott of Lake Charles. He is survived by : his grandchildren, Monica Elliott of Florida, Gregory Elliott of Florida and Michael Elliott of South Carolina; his former life partner Mary K. Elliott of Florida; his grandchildren, Adara Anselmo, Madeline Elliott, Sophia Elliott and Lilliana Elliott; and his sisters, Maura Conry and Carolyn Kelly (Casey).
