He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Thomas; his son Gregory Thomas; his parents, Onezime Thomas and Lillie Thomas; and his brothers, Welton Thomas and Houston Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Denise Boutte (Marcus), Raymond William Thomas and Craig Thomas (Kristy); his grandchildren, Daymond Harmon, Jessie Chavis (Chris), Ashley Boutte, Alex Boutte, Ja'Dawn Henry and Craig Henry; his brother Isreal Thomas (Ellamae); and his caregiver Shelly Young. He is also survived by great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Livingway Pentecostal Church (1617 E McNeese St, Lake Charles, LA 70607). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
