He was predeceased by: his parents, Enus Bell and Delores Jean Williams Bell; his brother Bruce Allen Bell; and his grandparents, Lena Bell, Nellie Williams, Oshman Bell and Chester Williams.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gaynell Finister (Carlton), Tammy Guillory (Christopher), Melanie Jacobs (Jessie), Raymond Bell (Pamela), John Chester Bell (Julie) and Clarence Bell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
