She was predeceased by: her parents, Huebert Nelson-Sylvester and Marjorie Leigh Nelson-Sylvester; and her brother Lee Sylvester. She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Kelley Rhodes; her grandson Nicholas Rhodes; her husband Jay Reeves; her daughters, Lynn of Lake Charles and Renee Barnes of Lake Charles; Allen of Lake Charles. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
