She was predeceased by : her husband Norman Paul Chappell; and her parents, Herman Darnell Harvey and Mable Harvey (Frith) of Virginia. She is survived by : her daughter Angie; her son-in-law Ben Fortenberry of Lake Providence, Louisiana; her daughter Abby; her son-in-law Zach Hooper of Lake Providence, Louisiana; her daughter Emily; her son-in-law Hardy Arledge of Transylvania, Louisiana; her stepdaughters, Lindsey (Ricky McMullen) of Monroe, Louisiana and Le Ann (Justin Rawls) of West Monroe, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Crews Fortenberry, Owen Arledge, Duke Fortenberry, Cash Carpenter, Cooper Carpenter, Preslee Arledge, Blain Hooper, Faye Ainsworth of Monroe, Louisiana, Wanda O'Neal of Monroe, Louisiana and Debbie B. Fortenberry of Transylvania, Louisiana; and her pet Alexander "Alex" Chappell.
