With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Ann Howard of Lake Providence, Louisiana, born in Lake Village, Arkansas, who passed away on January 18, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Willie Fred and Lura Mae Whitaker; and her husband Richard. She is survived by : her children, Holly Howard of Lewisville, TX, Byron Howard of Dallas, TX, Clair Kolman (Ted) of Lantana, TX, Hunter Howard (Marissa) of Lewisville, TX, Brooks Parker (Jess) of Tulsa, OK and Lura-Margaret Frith (Garrett) of Lewisville, TX; her grandchildren, Hannah Gambe (Rich), Caroline Kolman, Cole Howard, Tayton Parker, Sutton Howard, Emma Howard, Whit Kolman, Ellis Parker, Finley Parker, Knox Howard, Landry Howard, Hayes Frith, Lorelei Frith, Tristan Parker, Sloan Parker, Carson and Merritt Gambe; her sister Dianne Chambers (Terry) of Dallas, TX; and her niece Camille May of Dallas, TX. She is also survived by extended family including numerous cousins, nephews, nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Judy's honor to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, First Baptist Church in Lake Providence, and Mercy House in Houston, Texas, which provided a great kindness to the family during her treatment.
