It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Kathryn (Lee) Manning of Lake Providence, Louisiana, born in Kilbourne, Louisiana, who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Cecil Elmer Manning, Sr.; her parents, Otto Bassell Lee, Sr. and Ora Elizabeth Lee (Pullin); her son Cecil Elmer Manning, Jr.; her grandson Matthew Tyler Manning; and her siblings, Otto Bassell "Sonny" Lee and Valda Josephine "Buddye Jo" Lee Hodgkins.

She is survived by : her daughter Judge Toni Higginbotham (Manning); her son-in-law Judge Leo Higginbotham of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; her children, Kathy Manning of Lake Providence, Louisiana and Randy; her daughter-in-law Kathy Barnett-Manning of Columbia, Louisiana; her stepchildren, Dr. Charles M. (Meagie Manning) of Charlottesville, Virginia and Cecile Richard of San Antonio, Texas; and her daughter-in-law Sheila Manning of Monroe, Louisiana. She is also survived by 45 great grandchildren; sister.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the First Baptist Church of Lake Providence Music Ministry, a cause close to Mary Kathryn's Christian heart.
