He is survived by : his wife Alva Elaine Bell (Noland) of Lake Providence, Louisiana; his daughter Charlotte; his son-in-law John Herrington of Lake Providence, Louisiana; his grandchildren, John Michael Herrington of Tallulah, Louisiana, Kristin Herrington of Lake Providence, Louisiana, Katie Caruth of Lake Providence, Louisiana, Amber Bryant of Pineville, Louisiana, Adam Kennedy of Pineville, Louisiana and Matthew Kennedy of Pineville, Louisiana; his nephew Charles Kellum of Crystal Springs, Mississippi; and his close friend Mandy Frasier of Lake Providence, Louisiana.. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
