He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sullivan, Sr. and Sedonia Jackson Sullivan; and his father-in-law Jimmy Miller. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Sullivan of Washington; his children, Marlon Sullivan of Illinois, Chateryl of Georgia and Calvin Stephens, Jr. (Shalendra) of Louisiana; his grandson Matthew Blake Sullivan of Illinois; his close friend Gary Lewis, Sr. (Carmen); and his sisters, Carolyn Sullivan Carter of Texas and Geraldine Sullivan Rivers of Texas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
