She is survived by: her spouse Bolivar Ferrell Lewis, Jr.; her child Bolivar Ferrell Lewis, III (Michele); her grandchildren, Katherine Lewis, Samuel Lewis and Mary Helen Lewis; and her siblings, Rita White (Donnie) and Jan Lennon (Mark).
