She was predeceased by : her husband Louis; her parents, Jules Fanguy and Edwina Fanguy; and her brothers, Donald Fanguy (Bessie) and Aaron Fanguy.

She is survived by : her sons, Marlon Guidry (Vickie) and Karl Guidry (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Derick (Heidy), Brooke, Drake (Stephanie), Ross, Keary and Douglas; her great grandchildren, Jaylynn, Jaycie, Jayden, Jaynie, Raelynn, Coraline, Jasmine, Mia, Rhett and Reid; her stepgrandchildren, Marc and Tracie; and her siblings, Widley Fanguy and Carolyn Cooley (Freddie).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church (12911 E Main St, Larose, LA 70373). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
