He is survived by : his spouse Clara Powell of Lecompte; his children, Sarie Butler, Cherie Powell, Cody McDaniel of Pitkin, Betsy Powell, Nicholas McCoy of Woodworth, Jeanith Harbor of Texas, Mary Arrendell, Andrew Powell of Alexandria, Samuel Powell, Lorrie of Oklahoma, Billy Powell, Connie of Woodworth, Clarence Powell, Jr. and Monica of Deville; and his sister Billie Sanders of Woodworth.
