He was predeceased by : his wife Lucenda Johnson; his stepdaughter Diane Fells; and his siblings, Walter Johnson and Roberta Chew. He is survived by : his children, Ervin Johnson, III, Carolyn Roberts, Rose Pelangka and Janet Lynn; his stepdaughter Jo Ann Woodfox; and his brother Leroy Johnson. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
