She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Jessie Whittington; her children, Caitlyn Fanguy (Ryan), Grant Whittington (Sela), Gabriel Whittington, Zoey Whittington and Alisha Whittington; her parents, Dolores and Bernard Matherne, Sr.; her siblings, Bernard Matherne, Jr. (Gayle), Hope Guidry (Guy) and Faith Coburn (Grant); and her grandparents, Lawrence, Lorena Matherne, Catherine and Wilson Chiasson.
