He is survived by : his wife Audrey Keretz Shimshack; his siblings, Jessie, Harold, Sylvester, Christine, Cecile, Ruth and Agnes; his stepson Chris Montecino; his grandson Michael; his great grandchildren, Mara and Kylie; and his sister-in-law Doris Shimshack. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
