He is survived by : his wife Dolores Landry Pizzolato; his children, Jan P. DeJean (Bobby), Phyllis Pizzolato, Danna P. Olinger (Dwayne), Thomas S. Pizzolato, Jr. (Paula) and Craig J. Pizzolato; and his siblings, Carrie Pizzolato Keller, Frank Pizzolato, Jack Pizzolato, Jr. and Tommy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
