He is survived by : his children, Ashley Hines Cashio (Randy), Whitney Hines (Brooke) and Courtney Hines (Kelli); his grandchildren, Peyton, Corrin, Avery, Remi Cashio, Wyatt, Faith, Grace Hines, Bryer and Broden Hines; and his brother Jack Hines Jr.. He is also survived by his friends at Step Brothers.
