He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Fontenot and Sylvia Rollins Fontenot. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Fontenot; his sons, Derrick Fontenot and Ryan Fontenot; his stepdaughter Dwana Boutte; his brothers, Carl Fontenot (Cindy), George Fontenot (Katina) and Bryan Fontenot (Brandy); his grandchildren, Shiana, Alaina, Cain and Matthew; and his siblings' children, Megan, Tanner, Symone', Evie, Adyson, Kross, Jacob, Tori and Nicky.
