She is survived by : her husband William "Bill" Joseph Childress, Sr.; her siblings, Richard Gayle Stafford, Jr. (Bea), Tot Stafford Swanson (Art) and William Fletcher Stafford (Martha); her children, Kathleen Childress Thompson (Charles Lunsford), William Scot Childress (Julie) and Richard Wade Childress (Susie); her grandchildren, Leighton Thompson, Ben Childress, Hayley Lunn (Ty), Natalie Persson (Dylan), Abby Childress and Kaitlin Childress; and her great grandchildren, Tatem, Avery, Dalton Thompson, Wills Lunn and Mia Persson.
