She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ullrich and Anna Venezio Ullrich; and her sisters, Marge, Katie, Mickie and Prudy.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Anna Michelle; her husband Chris; her children, Zachary Czopek and Kristen Mufich (Ryan); her grandchildren, Joseph Ryan and Anna Michelle Mufich; and her siblings, Anna, Lorrie, Patty, Jackie, Jim, Ray, Gene and Ernie. She is also survived by her brother and sister in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
