She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Ann; her children-in-law, Perry Cookmeyer and Stacie Butcher Fernandez; her grandchildren, Samantha Fernandez Teer, Eric James Cookmeyer, Evann Michelle Cookmeyer, Stephanie Marie Fernandez, Cory Teer and Morgan Laurent Cookmeyer; her great grandchildren, Kerri Abigail Thompson and Ellis James Cookmeyer; and her family, Perry Cookmeyer, Sonia Landry, Courtney Sheehan, Chiquita Winston, Juanquale Pea, Denise Crawford, Tasheka Celius and K'Juan Suazo.
