He is survived by: his wife Leona "Ann" Treadway Boudreaux; his children, Ranzy Joseph Boudreaux, Jr. (Lacey) and Ann Rudesill (Larry, Jr.); his grandchildren, Ashleigh Sharp (Matthew), Victoria Boudreaux, Abigail Boudreaux, Devon Bourgeois, Matthew Bourgeois, Timothy Rudesill, Christian Boudreaux and Zachary Boudreaux; his great grandchildren, Matthew Sharp, Jr. and Sophia Sharp; and his sister Laura Ordoyne.
