He is survived by : his wife Gloria Parker; his children, Troy Parker (Tina) and Denise; his sister Connie; his grandchildren, Tarah (Nick), Ethan, Kyle (Katie) and Meagan; and his great grandchildren, Jaycee and Dylan.
Sometimes Charles would get the order of priorities mixed up, but his foundation was sure, and he always returned to the straight and narrow.
