She was predeceased by : her son Kevin Harry; her parents, Luke Brown, Sr. and Erma Jessie Gaines; her siblings, Willie Anna Veal, Orinetta G. Common, Gregory Gaines, Sr. and Luke Brown, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Lois Brown.
She is survived by : her sister-in-law Sonya W. Gaines. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
