She is survived by: her children, Opal O'Neal (David), Dwight Matthews (Sherry), Rosanna Gooden (Ronnie), Marribell "Jeannie" Thiel (Michael), Cornell "John" Matthews (Naisha), Ricky Matthews, Sr. (Georgetta) and Keith Grear, Sr. (Keisha); her siblings, Zadie Ray and Cornelious Shelton; and her friend Josephine Thomas. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
