He was predeceased by: his parents, Norris Lirette and Ruby Lirette; and his siblings, Norris Jr., Richard and Paulette.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Bergeron Lirette; his sister Connie Lirette; and his children, David Lirette (Melissa), Aaron Lirette (Alicia), Stephen Lirette (Elizabeth), John Lirette (Sarah), Clare Schoenborn (Bobby) and Sarah Sanders (Garrett). He is also survived by 46 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
