Muntz; her grandchildren, David Frantz (Natalie), Jared Frantz (Veronica), Alicia Frantz, Rachel Boudreaux (Kaleb), Jessica Muntz, Lauren Muntz, Hunter Muntz, Hayley Morgan and Brooke Morgan; her stepgranddaughter Ashley Morgan; and her caregivers, Gwen, Lana, Kimberly, Katherine, Monique, Cherie, Brittany, Vanessa and Joyce. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
