Philburn of Metairie, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on September 5, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert T. Philburn. He is survived by: his mother Lois M. Philburn; his wife Gloria R. Philburn; his daughters, Jennifer P. Billiot (Brad Billiot) and Christina E. Philburn (William Bradford); his granddaughters, Avery Bradford, Adeline Bradford and Aubrie Bradford; and his siblings, Stephen J. Philburn and Nancy A. Philburn. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, other family members, and numerous lifelong friends.
