He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Francis Boes and Geraldine Bravender Boes; and his siblings, Barbara Ann Boes, JoAnne Boes Holmgren and Raymond Francis Boes.
He is survived by: his sisters, Geraldine Elizabeth Boes and Rose Ann Boes. He is also survived by three nieces and their husbands; and a host of great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home (5100 Pontchartrain Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70124). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family requests masses in Charles' honor instead of flowers.
