He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Picou and Norma Weber Picou; and his sister Joan Picou Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kelly Picou; his children, Carrie Fernandez (Rick), Denise Mancuso (Marc), Donna Schaferkotter (Barry) and Little Donald; his grandchildren, Eric Fernandez (Jill), Allen Fernandez (Deborah), Victoria Medina (Marcos), Jessica Autin (Jeremy), Alexis Grimm (Eric), Matthew Mancuso (Jordan), Nicholas Mancuso and Emily Rose Mancuso; and his sibling's children, Steve Campbell (Julie), Kelly Kozel (Pat), Christopher Campbell and Cheryl Campbell. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
