He was predeceased by: his sister Kathryn; and his father Donald, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Lana; his brother Christopher; and his sibling's children, Amy, Stacie, Brian and Adam.
He was heavily involved in Kiwanis, Special Olympics and other civic, service and volunteer organizations, and was a co-founder and board member of a public non-profit charity that provides college scholarships and other support to area youths.
