She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Basso and Stella Recore Basso; her husband Hugh B. Sanderford Sr.; her brother Joseph Basso Jr.; and her grandson Michael Corcoran.
She is survived by: her children, Hugh Britton Sanderford Jr. (Sheila), Beth Corcoran (David), Ryan Sanderford (Michelle) and Amy Hutcherson; her grandchildren, Hugh "Brice" Sanderford (Adele), Shelby Dabelich (John), Spencer Sanderford, Blake Sanderford, Stephen Corcoran (Meagan) and Bergen Sanderford; and her great grandchildren, Hugh "Hughes" Sanderford and Lucie Sanderford.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Memories Funeral Home and Cemetery (4900 Airline Dr, Metairie, LA 70001). A Mass was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
