She is survived by: her parents, Joachim J. Fernandez, Jr. and Donelise Fernandez; her brothers, Jack and Chris; her sisters-in-law, Shelley and Raquel; and her siblings' children, Sophia, Maddie and Ava.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home (4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie, LA 70006). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
