He was predeceased by: his parents, Adkin Callaway and Hazel Callaway. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Poulard Callaway; his daughters, Michele Callaway Mangan (Stephen) and Lauren Callaway; his grandchildren, Zachary, Joshua, Ruby, Lily, Grace and Audrey; his siblings, Gail Callaway Collier (Don) and Lamar John Callaway (Maureen); and his sister-in-law Mary Poulard Grodsky (Mel). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
