It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nita Tastet Zeringue (Metairie, Louisiana), born in Raceland, Louisiana, who passed away on May 28, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Agney J. Zeringue; her parents, Anatole Adam Tastet and Cecelia Boudreaux Tastet; and her siblings, Gladys Tastet Grabert, Anna Mae Tastet Williams, Eleanor Helen Tastet Ingrassia, Rita Marie Tastet Boudreaux, Clarence Joseph Tastet, Laurence Adam Tastet, Anatole Paul Tastet, Hubert Joseph Tastet, Henry Joseph Tastet, Oscar Allen Tastet and Ronald Allen Tastet.
She is survived by: her pet Precious Baby.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Christopher the Martyr Catholic Church (309 Manson Ave, Metairie, LA 70001). A Mass was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
