He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Credo Parr and Arthur Richard Parr; his brother Arthur George Parr; and his former wife Laurie Galloway Parr. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Schuler Parr; his children, Jay Darryl Parr (Michelle), Taylor Parr Hannan (Scott) and Matthew Richard Parr; his brother Darren Jay Parr (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Shawn Michael Parr, Jade Sierra Parr, Jack Arthur Hannan, Breanne Paige Schuler, Karla Jean Parr, Krystal Parr Williams and Darren Jay Parr, II.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rickey's name to Shriners Hospital for Children.
