He is survived by: his wife Carrie Sullivan of Monroe; his son Jason Daven Davis of Houston, TX; his stepchildren, Lauren Nicole Page of Monroe and Dustin Michael Page of West Monroe; his grandchildren, John Oliver O'Toole, Parker William Davis and Saylor Elizabeth Davis; and his sisters, Dot Stanitzky (Carl) of Monroe and Rita Colgate (Terry) of Breaux Bridge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
