He is survived by : his sons, Frank Welch (Queen), Atlanta Ga, Bobby Welch (Gafanua), Murphy Mitchell (Shareka) of Atlanta Ga and Orlando Fl; and his siblings, Lester Paul Guillory of Franklin, LA and Lizzie P. Stokes of Franklin, LA. He is also survived by Fourteen Grandchildren, and Thirteen Great-grand Children.
