He is survived by: his wife Gena Delaune Bernard; his children, Jennings Bernard III (Sarah), Clifford Bernard Sr. (Megan), Austin Bernard (Katie) and Ashlyn Bernard Darcé; his grandchildren, Tyler Bernard (Cherie), Maryssa Bernard (Shon Singleton), Bailey Bernard, Clifford Bernard Jr., William Bernard, Benjamin Bernard, Lillie Dang, Adeline Darcé and Imogene Darcé; his great grandchildren, Gracelyn Singleton, Braxton Singleton, Hollin Singleton and Tobias Bernard; and his siblings, Eric Bernard Sr., Letty Steckler (Fritz) and Cynthia Sarver (Kevin).
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Twin City Funeral Home (412 Fourth St, Morgan City, LA 70380). A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
