He was predeceased by : his wife Ardean Mose Howard; his son Bobby Howard; his grandson Gregory Shawn Howard; his parents, Jesse Walter and Mattie Strickland Howard; and his siblings, Jesse, Bobby, Otis, Roy Howard, Beatrice Vannoy and Ruby Chauvin.
He is survived by : his daughters, Lyn Deville (Mickey) of Denham Springs and Marybeth Fisher (Ken) of Kirkwood, PA; his foster son Jesse Babb (Debbie) of Baton Rouge; his daughter-in-law Juanita Howard; his sister Mildred Bison (Charles) of Shreveport; and his grandchildren, David Deville, Stephanie Wilson, Melissa Portier, Michael Howard, Bobby Howard, Brad Howard, Mark Howard, Joshua Howard, Jackie Camack, Kayla Harrison and Natasha Williams. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to COVID restrictions, there will not be a reception following services.
